    Directions

    Step 1

    鸡腿肉加入调味料A拌匀备用。Add seasoning A to chicken thighs, mix well and set aside.

    Step 2

    热一锅油,加入马铃薯炸熟至酥脆,捞出沥干油。Heat a pot of oil, add potatoes and fry until crispy, remove and drain the oil.

    Step 3

    把炸油盛起,留下2汤匙油爆香蒜蓉及小葱茸。Take out the frying oil and leave 2 tbsp of oil to saute the garlic and shallots.

    Step 4

    加入鸡肉炒熟后,放入咖喱叶、咖喱粉和黄姜粉拌炒。Add the chicken to stir fry until cooked, add curry leaves, curry powder and turmeric powder stir fry evenly.

    Step 5

    注入适量的清水,加入马铃薯及调味料B拌炒匀即可。Pour an appropriate amount of water, add potatoes and seasoning B stir well, enjoy.
